Moving forward - We wanted to share with you our guidance we have in place to safely offer our services and support with your hearing needs:
1st: We have hand gel in practice for both staff and patients to use - please ask should you require it.
2nd: You are welcome to wear a face mask when visiting us - if you wish to.
3rd: If you are considered 'At Risk', or feel vulnerable, and would like us to wear a face mask when you visit - we are happy to oblige - please ask.
4th: We will do everything we can to make our practice clean, tidy and safe for you to visit - putting you at a lesser risk of possibly catching covid.
Appointments are available with us for ear checks, wax removal, hearing aid fittings, hearing aid repairs and hearing tests.
We hope this has helped provide peace of mind should you need our services, to know that we are doing all we can to keep you safe.
We have an unblemished track record of helping since 1936. Our standards have always included and but not limited to:
- Disposable professional products for each patient,
- Wash and sanitise hands between patients,
- Cleaning all hard surfaces, chairs and equipment (as appropriate) after each patient has visited us,
- Sanitising gel available for visitors & staff.
We are a boutique family-run hearing care specialist with a very low footfall allowing us to follow social distancing where necessary, as per government recommendation & clinical hygiene at all times.
